WTJU Informational Zine

I designed and created this zine with old-fashioned scissors and glue collaging plus a little zhuzhing in Photoshop. We have now printed and folded thousands of these zines and given them away community events to introduce people to the WTJU brand.

Podcast Cover Art

These designs were mostly created using Photoshop. The Gritty Women graphic began as a sharpie sketch that I scanned and manipulated in Photoshop. The Aboriginal Art in America features the logo of the Kluge-Ruhe Aboriginal Art collection, and the background is a painting from that collection by the artist Turkey Tolson Tjupurrula.

Logos

This logo is for a mini museum that WTJU runs out of an old camper. I sketched this logo with a sharpie, scanned it, and edited it in photoshop.

Central Virginia is home to hundreds of Afghan families. This logo is meant to represent their home here at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia as well as the Hindu-Kush mountains of their homeland in Afghanistan.

The Sound Justice Lab requested a simple black and white logo. The lines invoke sound waves.

Conference & Event Branding

These graphics were made primarily with photoshop.

For The Canonical & the Banned event, I came up with the concept to turn some of the books into voids.

For Independent Voices, I generated some elements of the main graphic in Dalle-2 and then composed, edited, and manipulated them in Photoshop.

Full Conference Suite

This one is quite special to me :)

Hand-painted in watercolors and inspired by my fiancé’s voracious bird-watching.
